Who we are:

Ever since I tried Astronaut food when I was younger, I’ve been obsessed with the idea of Freeze dried food, and its unique texture.

Fast forward 25 years, and after working in various different restaurant positions, I wanted to start a food business of my own, but just didn’t know what it was yet. It wasn’t until the pandemic of 2020 that I was reminded of Freeze Drying online.   

I quickly became obsessed with the concept, and while in quarantine, I began to educate myself on its health benefits and technique.  

It wasn’t until 2022, that I asked my Brother, Ronen Gindic, to be my partner and help me embark on this new freeze drying journey. Together we managed to obtain our first Freeze-Drying machine and shortly after, began appearing in markets.
